Terms and Conditions


Items are generally shipped within 3 - 5 business days after payment is received. 

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number and an order update email containing the order tracking information.

we use SF or T-cat for domestic shipping, including outlying islands.

For the oversea buyers, please send us an email for further shipping information.

Due to export regulations, a formal declaration is required for China, Hong Kong, and Macau area, and the fee for each application is NT$500 (the customs charge this fee).

*Please note:

    1. Once the shipment arrives, please unbox it as soon as possible to confirm the item is undamaged and unbroken.
      Please film the whole unboxing process as evidence.
      If you fail to report the issue within the day you receive it, we will not be taking any responsibility for delivery damages.
      (If unable to unbox immediately please contact us in advance).
    2. We cannot change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.
    3. We only ship to the billing address provided at checkout, and we do not ship to PO Box.
    4. Delivery times may vary based on location.
    5. Redelivery due to incorrectly supplied addresses will be charged at the customers' expense.

    International Customs Duties and taxes:

    It is the responsibility of buyers to assure the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Upon completion of the order from Artemin Gallery, the recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. And any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and are unable to predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

    Return policy: 

    All your purchase from Artemin gallery within 14 business days, offers the following rules for return and refund.

    1. Please contact us via info@arteminstore.com with the order number and details of the return and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
    2. The item has to be in the condition you received it in and with its original protective bag or box and related accessories.
    3. The item must be in its original protective bag or box with related accessories.
    4. For domestic orders (Taiwan) we offer a free return service. However, we don’t offer a free shipping fee for returns on international and final sale orders. After checking your returned item, we will enable the refund process.
    5. Packaging is for protection only. Dents or scratches on the packaging box surface caused by delivery are not included in the Exchange & Refund Policy.

    *Please note that Intimate items are exempt from being returned (such as Clothing, Mugs, Towels etc.)

    Incorrect Items:

    If you have received a product different to the one you ordered please email info@arteminstore.com. Please also include a brief description and photo of the item with the delivery boxes that you have received.
